We offer 7-days money back guaranteed For Ready Made Items

We want you to be fully satisfied with every ready made product that you purchase from www.1pieces.com and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 7-days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

 

Refunds

All tailor made orders are custom made and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. No reimbursements will be made.

Return Policy for the tailor made suits

*If any product has been customized or made to measure they are strictly non-returnable for either a refund or exchange. This includes if your order:

  • Has been made to custom measurements
  • Has added any of the following additional extra’s (Working Cuff Buttons, Ticket Pocket, Waistcoat Lapels, Double Breasted Jacket, Peak Lapels, Full Length Trouser Lining)

Please note the customer is responsible for fabrics selection, all returns shipping costs (this includes any import duty for local & international customers).

Note

  • He/she must ensure that he/she has been gone through 5 times fitting process.
  • If the unfit issues occur because of fabrics selection, refund will not be accepted.

if customers still insist for the refund. Customers must write the email and send to saralinebespoke@gmail.com to get our approval with reasonable facts.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
