Terms & Conditions – RM699 Promotional Suit & Bespoke Items
These Terms & Conditions apply to the RM699 Promotional Suit and all bespoke or custom-made items ordered from Saraline.
1. RM699 Promotional Suit
The RM699 promotion applies only to a standard single-breasted men’s or women’s suit with a notch lapel.
The promotional package is based on the standard design, fabric selection and construction offered under the RM699 promotion. Any additional design feature, special construction or modification may be subject to additional charges.
2. Customer-Provided Designs or Reference Images
Customers may provide photographs, sketches, Pinterest images, online references or other design references for bespoke garments.
However, reference images are intended as design inspiration and guidance only. Customers are responsible for clearly confirming the required garment specifications before production begins.
Details should include, where applicable:
- Lapel style and lapel width
- Number of front buttons
- Single-breasted or double-breasted design
- Single vent, double vent or no vent
- Pocket style and position
- Jacket length
- Trouser or skirt design
- Button style
- Lining type and lining colour
- Contrast details
- Stitching details
- Cuff design
- Other special features or modifications
If a particular detail is not clearly specified by the customer, the tailor may apply the standard tailoring specification considered appropriate for the selected design.
3. Design Changes & Additional Charges
The RM699 promotional price applies only to the standard promotional suit specification.
Any customised design, special cutting, construction change, additional detailing or modification requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
The final price will depend on factors such as:
- Design complexity
- Fabric selection
- Construction method
- Additional workmanship
- Special accessories or materials
- Customised details
- Changes requested after production has commenced
Any additional charge will be based on the final quotation provided by the tailor.
4. Bespoke & Custom-Made Items Are Non-Refundable
All bespoke and custom-made garments are produced specifically according to the customer’s measurements, fabric selection, design choices and individual requirements.
Therefore, once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
This is because fabrics, lining and other materials may already have been:
- Reserved for the customer
- Ordered from suppliers
- Cut according to the customer’s measurements
- Prepared for production
- Supplied to the tailoring or production team
Once fabric has been cut, it generally cannot be returned to its original condition or reused as standard stock.
5. Workmanship Charges
Tailoring and production workmanship are charged on a job basis.
Once cutting, pattern preparation, sewing, fitting preparation or other production work has commenced, the corresponding workmanship cost will remain chargeable even if the customer subsequently decides not to continue with the order.
6. Fabric & Material Selection
Customers are responsible for confirming their selected fabric, colour, lining and other materials before production.
Colours and textures may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions, photography, computer monitors or mobile-device screens.
Customers are therefore encouraged to inspect physical fabric samples whenever possible before confirming their selection.
7. Fitting & Alterations
Bespoke garments may require one or more fittings before the final fit is achieved.
Minor adjustments during the normal fitting process are considered part of bespoke tailoring. However, substantial changes resulting from:
- A change of design after production has started
- A change in customer preference
- Significant body-size changes
- Incorrect information or measurements supplied by the customer
- Additional features requested after confirmation
may be subject to additional alteration or workmanship charges.
8. Design Interpretation
Bespoke tailoring involves converting a two-dimensional photograph, drawing or reference image into a garment suitable for the customer’s individual body shape and measurements.
For this reason, the completed garment may not be an exact replica of a reference photograph.
Certain proportions, construction methods or design details may need to be adjusted by the tailor to achieve an appropriate fit, structure and balance for the customer.
9. Order Confirmation
By confirming the order, making payment or authorising production, the customer acknowledges that they have:
- Reviewed the selected fabric and materials
- Confirmed the garment specifications
- Reviewed the quoted price
- Understood that customised design features may incur additional charges
- Understood that bespoke and custom-made items are non-refundable once production has commenced
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for the RM699 Promotional Suit or any bespoke item, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Saraline reserves the right to revise quotations where the final garment specification differs from the original promotional or quoted specification.
